We are delighted to report that Christ's Fellow, Dr Eleni Katsampouka, has been awarded the Subedi Prize by the Faculty of Law at Oxford University for the best doctoral dissertation in the 2020-21 academic year.
The Subedi prize is awarded by the judges each academic year to the thesis they decide makes most exciting original contribution to the relevant field of scholarship.
Eleni was awarded the prize for her thesis Rethinking Punitive Damages which is a ground breaking project offering the first full-length treatment of the English law on punitive damages.
