The next in Emerging Research Seminar Series (ERSS) will take place on Tuesday 28 May 2019 in the Yusuf Hamied Theatre and features the following speakers:
Dr Mike Stock (Charles Darwin and Galapagos Islands Fund Junior Research Fellow): Discussing volcanology and the geology of the Galapagos;
Emma Pandian (graduate student - Department of Architecture): presenting her work on single women and social housing in Singapore;
Roisin Fattorini (graduate student - Plant Sciences): will explain her findings on the evolution and development of petal spots in a South African daisy.
As is traditional the event will be followed by a drinks reception in the MCR and a joint SCR/MCR dinner, where Fellows and graduate students have the opportunity to meet each other.
