Offer Holder Visit Day

To attend the Visit Day, please complete the booking form by 13 February at 12 noon (UK time)! 

If you are a new offer holder, the booking link will be in your offer email of 28 January.

If you have an offer deferred from a previous year, the booking link will be in your January offer update (expect it at the end of January).

Two little requests!!

1. Please can the booking form be completed by offer holders (not parents!)
    
2. Offer holders! We know it's v exciting on 28 Jan, but maybe take a few days to discuss this opportunity with your parents and guardians, work out who wants to come, who wants to attend online, what the logistics involve etc BEFORE completing the booking form (as long as you do the form by 13 Feb, it's fine - there's no rush to do it on 28 Jan). We're quite short of processing time, so if you can take a little time and get the info right on the form, that would be a huge help to us! Thank you!

The in-person student programme will run as follows: 

11:00 or slightly before - Arrival at the theatre (you can enter the College from 10:45, and a bag drop is available if you need to leave luggage)
11:15 - Welcome session with Dr Tom Monie, Senior Tutor
12:00 - Meet some of our students
12:30 - Discussion in course groups (see meeting locations)
13:15 - Buffet lunch in the hall.
14:00 - College tour (in groups with current students)
14:45 - End (your tour will finish where the parents/guardians are so you can meet up if relevant; don't forget to collect luggage if relevant)

13:15 - College tour (in groups with current students) ending at Yusuf Hamied Court Seminar Rooms 2 &3. 
14:00 - Final questions in Yusuf Hamied Court* Seminar Rooms 2 &3, and we'll be joined by the students at the end. 
14:45 - End (don't forget to collect luggage if relevant)

Top tip: Don't confuse Yusuf Hamied Court with the Yusuf Hamied Centre (where the Theatre is)

We do this event every year. Have a think about whether you want to come this year (you're welcome if you want to, but most attendees will be for 2026 entry) or whether you prefer to attend with the students who will start in the same year as you.
