This page sets out the dates and deadlines for Christ's undergraduate offer-holders. Just like the current applicants section, we organise things in stages, which are set out below. In each stage, the information in the drop-down menu tells you of deadlines and sends you to the relevant pages, where you'll find info / instructions / upload tools. 

Although we will email you about each stage, we recommend that you read ahead, so that you know what is coming, and please don't forget to reply to your offer when you are ready. 

 

Stage A - Receiving your offer / offer update


28 Jan 2026 - you'll get a brief email letting you know that you've got an offer. The UCAS update will also come though but it is likely that this will be a bit later in the day. If you applied to a different College and received your place at Christ's via the Winter Pool, please read this page. 

28 Jan - 4 Feb - New offer holders will receive your offer letter and enclosures by email. 2026 entry candidates with deferred offers from a previous year will receive your offer update. 

29-30 Jan - Those with international fee status will receive information about financial support applications by email. 

In this stage, please delay asking questions until you have received your offer letter and read it in full. 

Stage B - 13 February deadlines


13 Feb 2026 (12 noon UK time) - Book if you're interested in attending the Offer Holder Visit Day (in person/online)

13 Feb 2026 (12 noon UK time) - Upload a copy of your passport(s) following the instructions.

13 Feb 2026 (12 noon UK time) - Upload certificates (following the instructions) for completed qualifications mentioned on UCAS

13 Feb 2026 (12 noon UK time) - Students taken from the Winter Pool ('catch up documents' to upload)

13 Feb 2026 (12 noon UK time) - Read page; Be aware so that you know what to do if you get ill this year, if your home life or education gets disrupted in some way, or if you have a disability, Specific Learning Difficulty or long-term illness.

Stage F - Exam Results & post results


June / July - Receive & upload International examination results
