Good luck to offer-holders receiving IB scores very soon.
As you'll have seen on the exam results page, we will receive IB scores directly from UCAS (as long as your school is registered with UCAS).
> If your school is not registered with UCAS, please see the information on the exam results page about sending your scores.
> If we do not receive your scores, or if we receive an incomplete set of scores, don't worry - we will chase for them. It's not that unusual for there to be a small number of cases where individual scores are missing and they normally turn up in a few days. If this happens to you, do not panic - it doesn't mean anything.
We normally receive IB scores slightly after you do so you may need to be a little patient once your results come through. UCAS will send the scores to us as soon as they can and we will check through all the information and be in touch with all of you by email when possible shortly after we have your scores, however realistically this is will be sometime in the week beginning 7 July.
If you have a query once you have your scores, please send us an email at admissions@christs.cam.ac.uk.
> It would be helpful if you could scan and attach your results statement to your email, as we may not have received the results yet, and this will speed things up.
> Please ensure that you start all emails with your name, subject UCAS number and 'offer holder for 2025 entry (or whichever year)' as normal. Many thanks!
> Please bear in mind that we have the large-scale university open days on Thurs 10 and Fri 11 July, meaning that the whole admissions team will be out of the office on these days, and we will not be working over the weekends of 5-6 July and 12-13 July. Please email us nonetheless, but be aware that there may be a delay before we can respond.
If you have met your offer conditions, congratulations! Once we have your results from UCAS, we will email you when possible (likely sometime in the week beginning 7 July rather than earlier).
You do not need to do anything. If you have met all of the academic conditions of your offer, Your UCAS profile should update in the next week.
For students who also have a STEP condition, we will of course need to wait until STEP results are received in August.
If you have not met your offer conditions, we will be in touch by email as soon as possible once we have your results from UCAS. In the meantime, please could you make sure that you send us any further information that you receive promptly if you have missed your offer. This includes any breakdown of your results (all of them), or confirmation of the result of any re-marks.
> If you are having any remarks, please first of all send us a clear email letting us know which subjects you are having remarked. Then send the remark document to us as soon as you receive it (we need to see it whatever it says). Many thanks!
> Please send all emails to admissions@christs.cam.ac.uk only - do not write to any other email address.
