This page explains our four large events and open days (including online options) in the October, February, July and September before application. They give you chance to meet us, see the College and find out more when it suits you.

These events are open to prospective students from all backgrounds, all over the world. Parents and guardians can also participate in most of the sessions. Remember that there are also plenty of smaller events in between the Open Days, including our regular webinars.

September - Colleges Open Day

Students walking through second court, talkingThis is an annual university-wide Open Day giving students chance to visit Colleges just before application. It is particularly useful if you want to see more of the Colleges before choosing one. All Colleges take part and you'll be able to go on college tours, see the accommodation, meet students and admissions staff and ask questions.

Most attendees will be in Year 13 (England/Wales) / S6 (Scotland) / Y14 (Northern Ireland) or an international equivalent. Students on a gap year, mature applicants, those who are home educated etc. are also welcome.

See our September Open Day page

Note: The September event is an opportunity to view Colleges - it does not include talks at the university faculties and departments. If you would like to attend subject talks and sample lectures, the July Cambridge Open Days will be a better option as these are larger open days and include both College and department events.
