Christ's Small Subject Society organises social events for students who do courses in the smaller academic departments. For smaller subjects where there aren't as many people doing that course in College, it's great to get together and have a small subjects community in College!

The society aims to include subjects that have three or less students at Christ's per year, though there is a bit of flexibility! Depending on the year, this may include History of Art, Theology, Philosophy, Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic, Archaeology, Land Economy, Geography, Education, Psychological and Behavioural Sciences, Linguistics and Chemical Engineering, for example.

There's one social a term, including a freshers week social, and then one big subsidised outing a year such as bowling or ice skating.
