Christ's College Chapel Choir is one of the finest mixed-voice ensembles in Cambridge. Since it's foundation in 1505, the Choir's raison d'être has been to sing services in the College Chapel, where Choral Evensong is sung twice weekly during Full Term. The Choir performs a varied repertoire of sacred and secular music, from the 15th century to the present day, including major 20th-century works such as Howells' Requiem and Kodály's Missa Brevis. Beyond the College, the choir maintains a busy programme of concerts and recordings, and undertakes an extensive international tour each year, with recent destination across Europe, North America, and Oceania.
