If we ask how much you already know about studying at / applying to Cambridge on a scale of 1-10 and your answer would be 4 or less, this introductory session is for you.
Part 1: (45 mins) - How Cambridge works, including the College system, teaching, activities, university structure
Part 2: (45 mins) - A step-by-step run through the application process, what we are looking for, and how to make a competitive application.
The session lasts 1 hour and 30 mins so settle in! And be ready to participate - there are some polls etc.
The session is designed for
> Students about to start Year 11, Year 12 or Year 13 (England & Wales)
> Students in S4, S5 or S6 Scotland
> Students about to start Y12, Y13 or Y14 Northern Ireland.
> Others considering an application in Sept 2026, 2027 or 2028 also welcome.
International students will find the content helpful, but are advised to also book for an international webinar as Cambridge for Beginners will not cover additional information for international students.
All attendees will receive a follow-up email with useful links afterwards.
