PhD funding is extremely competitive, and this studentship allows me to live in one of the most intellectually stimulating cities in the world, immensely benefitting my research and personal growth. I can attend seminars, review papers for the Cambridge Journal of AI, and travel to conferences in the UK and abroad, without having to work part-time to support myself.
