Cambridge BID awards Christ’s College gold for Customer Service

Christ’s College has received a gold BID Award for Best Overall Customer Experience 2022 – University College B&B.

Cambridge BID promotes Cambridge as a global city and a world-class experience for all who visit, live and work in Cambridge. The annual BID Awards celebrate the best customer service in the city.

The awards programme was implemented by market research company, Storecheckers. Mystery shoppers assessed standards of customer service including welcome, staff attitude and cleanliness.

“The College is delighted to accept this award. All staff - especially those in housekeeping, catering, gardening and at the Porters’ Lodge - have worked very hard to ensure that guests enjoy their stay with us.”
