David Silver (m 1994, Computer Science) is the CEO of Ineffable Intelligence, and the former lead of the reinforcement learning team at DeepMind. He is a Professor of Computer Science at University College London. His work focuses on building superintelligent agents using reinforcement learning.
Professor Silver's work has been recognised by the ACM Prize in Computing, Marvin Minsky award, Mensa Foundation Prize, Royal Academy of Engineering (aka Princess Royal) Silver Medal, ACM Fellowship, Royal Society Fellowship, and Academy of the Mathematical Sciences Fellowship.
