Dr Ron Morris will be working with five members from the Chapel Choir, each of whom will perform a piece of their choosing: he is a recognised expert in the accent breathing method (see bio below) and his guidance should be hugely informative. There will be a chance for audience questions after the singers have performed. Tickets are £5 for students and £10 for non students

Dr Ron Morris graduated from the University of Queensland in 1985 with a Bachelor of Speech Therapy degree.  Honours in Audiology were awarded in 1986.  He obtained a Masters of Music Studies degree in vocal performance in 2000 and was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Music in 2013.  Ron has combined a long career (over 25 years) in Speech Therapy and Audiology with work as a professional singer.   Ron has special interest in working with Deaf and Hearing Impaired patients, Head and Neck surgery patients and with voice patients.  He is a recognised expert in the Accent Method of Breathing which is used for voice therapy and singing.  Ron is also in demand as a teacher and lecturer working as a lecturer in Vocal Studies at the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University and at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
