This is a wonderful event being held to tie in with the International Women's Day on 8th March.  Profits from the £3 entry fee will go to the Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre, which offers support to women and girls who have experienced rape, childhood sexual abuse or any other form of sexual violence.

The Concert has gathered together outstanding performers from all over Cambridge, to bring a short concert of varied music composed by women, including Lili Boulanger's marvellous 'Les Sirènes' for mixed voices and piano solo, with pianist Naomi Woo, a prominent pianist in Cambridge and the 2017 winner of the University Music Society's conducting competition.

This event will highlight the important position women have played in the creation and performance of music, and the worthiness of continuing to raise their profile, in addition to raising money for an excellent cause.
