We asked some of the Christ's History Taster Day 2020 participants what they would say to future students considering an application for the event. Here's what they said!
- "If you are even only considering applying to Cambridge for History, you should definitely attend the day. Not only is the whole day very informative, it's also a great opportunity a proper academic lecture and explore the college. The Christ's staff are very friendly and accommodating."
- "I think the history taster day was definitely worth going on. It really helped to be able to see how history is taught and structured at Cambridge, as well as this you also get a real sense of the college and life at Christ's."

Both the Historical lectures and the Application classes were extremely useful, I thought I knew a lot about the application process, but there was so much I hadn't even thought about! I left Cambridge knowing a great deal more about Historical periods and themes I'd never studied before, with more knowledge about competitive applications and interviews, and with new friends."

The lecture was really fascinating, getting to talk to people over lunch was fun and the admissions talk at the end of the day was enormously helpful. It confirmed to me History is the subject I want to study and maybe/hopefully at a university like Cambridge!"
