    HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT 

    COLLEGE  UNDERTAKING

    Student accommodation on the Domus Site is cleaned by the Domestic Staff (Bedders)

    The College undertakes to clean student accommodation on the Domus site in accordance with the following schedules:

    PERIOD

    STUDY BEDROOMS COMMON AREAS
    Full Term Cleaned Daily Bathrooms: Cleaned Daily
    Gyp rooms: Cleaned daily
    Waste Bins: emptied Daily
    Vacations Cleaned Daily Bathrooms: Cleaned Daily/As required
    Gyp rooms: Cleaned daily/As required
    Waste Bins: emptied Daily
    Public Holidays:
    Christmas
    Easter
    Day of staff outing
    No Service Provided No Service Provided

     

     

    Cleaning of the off–site hostels is carried out by contract cleaning firms. Both common areas and individual rooms may be cleaned less frequently than those on the Domus site.

     

     

    STUDENT UNDERTAKING

     

    Students undertake:

    To allow the cleaners access to their room for cleaning at least twice per week.

    To keep gyp rooms clean and tidy (See Rules for Use of Gyp Rooms)

    To recycle paper in the green bags provided

    To switch off electrical equipment (including computers) and lights when not in use.

    To report faults promptly using the on-line fault reporting system.
