The Cambridge Reporter of 7 March announces that the title of the degree of Doctor of Letters honoris causa be conferred on Christ's alumnus and Honorary Fellow Phillip King, CBE, PPRA (m.1954), 

Phillip was formerly President of the Royal Academy and Professor of Sculpture in the Royal Academy Schools and Professor of Sculpture Emeritus in the Royal College of Art.
