Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for a fixed term College Lectureship in any field of British or continental European history since 1500, associated with a Fellowship of Christ’s College.  The major part of the funding for this post has been supplied by the generosity of the Glenfield Trust to mark the centenary of Sir John Plumb's birth.  The Glenfield Trust was established in 2002 under the will of Sir John Plumb and its primary objective is to support education at Christ's College.
