The theme of the conference was "great expectations." To tie in with this, three members of the Library team gave a paper entitled "Challenging expectations: unlocking the Old Library at Christ's College, Cambridge."

The presentation reported on some of the team's recent work in the Old Library, including regular public opening, outreach events, exhibitions and digitisation activities.
