Applications are invited from candidates who hold a first degree or a higher degree from a university in Britain or Ireland, or are studying at such a university for a higher degree. These Fellowships are intended for researchers early in their careers, and offer an opportunity to carry out novel research in a stimulating academic environment.  Besides applications from people without post-doctoral funding, applications are also welcomed from candidates holding a fellowship or other post-doctoral stipendiary awarded by a research council or other similar body.  For eligibility requirements and registration, go to the Research Fellowships Application System.
