The College is delighted with the news from the Queen's New Year Honours List, where two Honorary Fellows have been honoured.  David Cannadine, lately professor at the Institute of Historical Research, University of London, is knighted for his services to scholarship, and Linda Colley, author and professor of History at Princeton University, receives a CBE for services to historical studies.
