The story was picked up by quite a few Dutch newspapers, for example one of the biggest is De Telegraaf, or you can read in English here.

In a nutshell,  Dr Murdoch demonstrated how criminals could place a transaction on a customer's card while the customer is actually somewhere else thinking they are making a far cheaper purchase. This attack continues to work, despite the Netherlands banks issuing cards with improved security features compared to those in the UK.
