There will be a screening of "Fire in the Blood" in the Yusuf Hamied Theatre at 5.30pm on Monday 15th October 2012. This film focuses on the tale of the batlle between multi-national pharmaceutical corporations and AIDS activists, practicioners and patients over the right to distribute low-cost lifesaving anti-retroviral medications to developing nations. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with Dr Yusuf Hamied (Honorary Fellow) and Mr Dylan Grey (the film's director), moderated by Professor Margaret Stanley OBE (Fellow).
