Microsoft Education are currently offering very good deals to students.
These are very large downloads and will use up your daily limit if you download from web. Local copies are available below. You'll need to purchase a license from the Microsoft Education site or one of their partners listed there (who may offer even cheaper deals). Then come back here to download the file.
This document may prove useful for people who wish to upgrade from XP to Windows 7 where a clean install is required.
