Terms and Conditions

• All enquiries (including the current availability of works required) should be made, preferably by email, to:

• All collection/return arrangements should be by prior agreement. Works must be collected and returned to the issuing library in person. Postal loans may be possible. Please contact the issuing library to discuss options.

• The borrower is responsible for all the music hired, which should be returned in good condition and in correct order, on or before the agreed date.

  1. Parts should only be marked in pencil and all markings should be rubbed out before return. An administration fee may be levied for the removal of markings.
  2. If parts are lost, the borrower will be charged a fee for replacement. Please note that some works cannot be bought on a part-by-part basis, so loss of one part may result in a charge for the full set.

• The borrower is responsible for all Performing Rights requirements and adherence to Copyright regulations. The Colleges cannot be held liable for any infringement of Performing Rights or Copyright nor for any borrower who ignores the relevant requirements. Items are loaned expressly on this understanding.

  Reservations
  Works may be reserved up to one year in advance, in person, by email or telephone. Please advise the library as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your reservation.
