Student Reps

Library staff are always happy to receive suggestions and feedback. This can be done in person, by emailing library@christs.cam.ac.uk, through our blog or by visiting our Facebook page.

Three student representatives (two undergraduates and one postgraduate) are elected each year. They attend the Library Committee as full members and are able to voice student concerns. Please email the Librarian, Amelie Roper (alr39@cam.ac.uk), if you would be interested in taking part. The Library Committee meets 3 times a year.

Library surveys are also carried out periodically to gather users' views.

Library News

Old Library to open to the public

The Old Library will be open to the public on a trial basis from Tuesday 15 March to Thursday 21 March 2013. Opening hours will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 2pm to 4pm. For further information, see our special collections blog.

Treasures online

The Library's current exhibition, Treasures of the Old Library, is available online. The exhibition will run from 30 November 2012 to 31 May 2013, and can also be visited in person. Email library@christs.cam.ac.uk for further information.

Classical music
We have a new subscription to the journal Classical music, which comes out fortnightly. Read more on our blog.
