If your computer develops a hardware fault that stops you working, there are a number of avenues you can pursue to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
If the computer is still under Warranty, then get in touch with the supplier and you can have the machine fixed that way. This will in most cases be free but may involve a call out or excess fee.
Get in touch with the Computing Service Hardware Support, who provide a more thorough support service, and will be able to advise you on the best course of action.
If the problem is with a Desktop Services (PWF) computer in the Library or 4/10, please let the IT team in Z22 know.
