Searching for books is most easily done through the University Library’s Catalogue Library Search.

A dedicated terminal located between the two self-issue computers allows readers to consult the Library's catalogue, as well as to issue, reserve, and renew books.

The catalogue for the entire undergraduate library book stock is available online, with the exception of the sheet music and scores. Cataloguing of these sections is in progress. Please ask staff if you would like to borrow from these collections.

The online cataloguing of the historic collections, housed in the Old Library, will take a number of years to complete, but printed and card catalogues are available in the interim. Please ask staff for further details.

Many books are also now available in electronic format. All ebooks are listed on Library Search.
