Fines

• 25p per book per day (standard).
• 50p per day if the book has been requested by another user.
• £35 maximum fine per book (applied automatically when a book has been overdue for 90 days or more).
• £35 charge per book for unauthorised removal of material from the library. NB: library borrowing is "blocked" when charges of £35 or more have accrued.

Lost books

• Cost of replacement plus £10 administrative fee.

Printing

• A4 (singled sided): 4p (black and white) ; 20p (colour)

Photocopying

• A4 (singled sided): 5p (black and white) ; 20p (colour)
• A3 (single sided): 12p (black and white) ; 50p (colour)
• Duplex copying: price per side is reduced by 25%.

Scanning

• Free of charge (@cam email addresses only)

Lockers

• Failure to empty locker and/or return key by 12 noon on the last day of Easter term: £35
• Loss of locker key during the academic year: £15
