12.3 Management Structure and Contact Details
The Tutorial and Admissions Office corresponds with all freshers prior to their arrival in College, giving full details of the accommodation available as well as other aspects of life as a student in Cambridge.
All new students, both undergraduate and postgraduate, are given an induction briefing from senior college officers, the Senior Tutor's office, the Director of College services, his staff and external experts (eg local police and Fire Services). This is part of the matriculation process and is in part organised by the JCR Executive Committee.
A handbook, "Information for Students", is updated and published annually, by the Tutorial and Admissions Office, for distribution to all students in College. This contains a description of the management structure and contact details.
The Governing Body has appointed two committees to facilitate communication between the College and the junior members of College, namely the Joint Committee of Graduate Students and the Governing Body and the Liaison Committee of the Governing Body with Undergraduates.
