Visiting the Darwin Garden
Darwin's room in First Court has been restored to represent how it would have looked when Darwin lived in it, whilst he was a student at Christ's. Details of the restoration of the room, as well as the Darwin Garden and sculpture, can be found in the Distinguished Alumni pages of the website. At times when the College is open to visitors a "Darwin Walk" guide to the Darwin related sites in the College, including the garden and statue may be purchased for £1.00 in the Porters Lodge.
Blue Guide Visits can be arranged through the Cambridge Tourist Information Office.
