Darwin Garden

The College created a garden in New Court to mark Darwin's remarkable life and to provide a setting for Anthony Smith's bronze sculpture. The garden, consisting mostly of plants which recall Darwin's travels, was officially opened on February 20th 2009 as part of the Darwin Bicentenary celebrations.
